Our policy is designed with care, transparency, and your satisfaction in mind — while respecting hygiene standards essential for aromatherapy jewellery.
Standard Returns (Non-Defective Items)
- You may return unworn, unused items in their original packaging and condition within 14 days of delivery.
- The jewellery must be free of any essential oil residue or scent application — we cannot accept returns of items where oils have been applied, for hygiene and safety reasons (essential oils can absorb into porous materials like lava stone, making resale impossible).
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (as they cover outbound costs).
- Return shipping is your responsibility — we recommend using a trackable service for your protection.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Send us clear photos of the issue via email or chat — we'll review quickly and provide instructions.
- Eligible cases qualify for a free replacement (we'll cover return shipping) or a full refund (including original shipping fees).
- We handle these promptly to ensure you get the peaceful experience you deserve.
Important Exceptions
- No refunds or returns on final sale items, personalized/custom pieces, or any jewellery with visible signs of use/oil application.
- All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.
- International returns follow the same guidelines, but please note additional customs/shipping considerations may apply.
