We proudly ship within Hong Kong using SF Express, one of the most reliable and efficient local couriers for ecommerce.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed and handed over to SF Express within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and Hong Kong public holidays). We aim for the fastest turnaround so your diffuser jewellery arrives fresh and ready to use.
- Delivery Time: Most orders arrive in 1–2 business days after processing (door-to-door or to convenient SF Express pickup points where available).
- Tracking: Every shipment includes a real-time tracking number — check progress easily via the SF Express app, website, or the link we email you.
- Shipping Costs: Calculated automatically at checkout based on order weight, size, and exact destination within Hong Kong. We keep fees affordable and transparent (often HK$30–60+ depending on weight; no hidden charges). Free shipping thresholds may apply during promotions — watch for updates!
International Shipping
We're focused on delivering the best experience to our Hong Kong community first, ensuring quick, fresh, and reliable service for your aromatherapy pieces.
That said, we love connecting with wellness seekers worldwide! If you're outside Hong Kong and interested in our handcrafted diffuser jewellery or essential oils:

- We'll discuss your location, discuss options, and arrange special international shipping on a case-by-case basis (often via SF Express International, DHL, or similar trusted carriers).
- Lead times and costs vary by country — we can provide a personalized quote quickly. We're excited to expand gradually and bring natural aromatherapy benefits to more people!
Important Notes & Expectations
- Delivery Estimates: Times are approximate and can be affected by weather, public holidays, peak seasons (e.g., Chinese New Year, Christmas), or carrier issues. SF Express offers excellent reliability in Hong Kong, but we appreciate your understanding if delays occur.
- Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Only): For any international shipments, the buyer is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, or additional charges imposed by your country's authorities. We have no control over these and cannot predict or cover them.
- Essential Oils & Restricted Items: Our diffuser jewellery is safe and non-hazardous, but essential oils are classified as liquids/flammables in some regulations. For international requests involving oils, we'll confirm compliance with destination rules (e.g., MSDS may be required; some countries limit quantities or ban certain oils).
- Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments: If your package doesn't arrive as expected or arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number and tracking details.
- For local HK orders, SF Express handles most claims efficiently — we'll assist and coordinate.
- We package everything securely to minimize risk, but in rare cases of carrier fault, we'll work toward resolution (replacement or refund per our Returns policy).
- No Liability for External Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events.
